I have decided that taking 5 minutes out of my day to relax will do a world of good for me. Relax my mind, think about whats important, and let my worries melt away. I have downloaded a few classical piano songs onto my ipod and I can't explain how much better I feel after just 5 minutes of nothing but sitting. Try it out.
